For powering external equipment, there is an RS232 serial communications interface and optional RS232 and RS485 serial interface expansion slots. The front panel has an LCD display, a keypad, and system status indicator LEDs. The chassis also includes space for the 020-648 power supply or the 020-543 converter module if a 4, 5, or 7A power supply is used.
